Up for auction is an Effanbee Patsyette doll. She may be a rendition of Cinderella as her clear plastic shoes could be 'glass' slippers. Her clothes are in perfect condition. She is wearing a pink and yellow dress with little ribbons and rosebuds on it. Her head isn't wired super tight, but it isn't falling off or anything. Nice collectible doll. No box.
