Description
This is a beautiful vintage baby Feeding high chair with a fully removable tray. I do not know if it is legal or safe to use anymore for anything other than display, so I am selling it as such.A very faint and blurry stamp on the bottom seems to indicate that it was made in 1982.
This chair is made of oak and is in very good condition
. There is a small rough spot on top rear edge of the headrest, see last pic.
It is
relatively
heavy and solid.
The tra
y
i
s fully removable and
has 3 settings depending on how close the tray would move to a baby.
The underside shows a thin bead of what looks like hot glue. Sometimes the boards on these trays separate slightly over time, as they are made of 3-4 boards seamed and coated together.
I see this all the time on the
trays
as well as the
seats
, most of the time it is only a cosmetic issue.
There is no separation visible on the top of the tray and it does not bend or flex
in
an
y way
, it is rock
solid.
Please examine all photos closely, including with magnification, as they are considered part of my description. I am not always able to point out every little defect or flaw, please assume that there may be some imperfections due to the fact that this is a vintage piece of furniture.
The high chair measures approximately
37
inches tall by
19
inches wide by
21 inches deep.
NO BEST OFFERS PLEASE
Shipping costs are much higher than most people realize, as they are based on 3 factors: the size of the package, the weight of the package, and how far the package is being shipped.
Being based in Milwaukee
,
it is extremely expensive for me to ship to Texas, Florida, or the West Coast.
I pay a friend to do my packaging and shipping, he generally ships every other week. He will contact you once the purchase has been made. Shipping an item of this size and weight for the average seller such as myself generally costs: FedEx -; Brand New large boxes
5
New packaging materials $
5-10;
Packaging labor/order placement/transport time +; Communications/technical costs +
.
On top of that I have to factor in what
I
paid for the item, gasoline,
and
my time,
which is why I generally can’t do BEST OFFERS.
I do domestic USA sales in the lower 48 states only, I do not do international sales.
*** I only do shipping
once a
w
eek or sometimes every
other week!
