Smith Innovations 5/8" Exhaust Header Flange for Mazda Rx7 13B

Description

Smith Innovations is now offering laser cut header flanges for the Mazda Rx7 13B. Due to the high EGT in the rotary engine these are made from 5/8" Mild steel to help eliminate warping you would see with a thinner flange.
The ports are sized to use 2" schedule 40 pipe commonly found in high end turbo headers.
Why mild steel, you ask? Its very budget friendly compared to stainless steel on top of being a lot easier and cheaper to weld.
Due to the nature of mild steel, expect some mild surface rust. These are in raw form. The listing is for EACH flange
Due to inflation, these sadly cost quite a bit more to have cut than they have in the past. The bright side, this batch is some of the best quality I've had.
We do have a few blemished parts we can sell at a deep discount that were cut on a cnc plasma cutter. Send a message if you are interested in those, they are currently not listed but hopefully soon.
