That's the downside to aluminum poles.If you fall a lot please invest in Carbon poles! (see our ebay store) They cost lot but will not bend!!!
We do warranty this ski poles for 30 days! but bend poles and lost baskets are not cover .Warranty is for manufacture defects only. If you fall  or hit trees rocks and bend pole or lose baskets we can't help! sorry!
Any damage in ship must be report in 48 hr.to us and carrier
