These Scott Junior 540 poles are the perfect choice for developing younger skiers who maybe are just starting to use poles. These poles use Scott's S2 Aluminum Alloy shaft. This material provides great durability, which is important for kids poles, without being excessively heavy. Kids are typically pretty tough on their equipment, so make sure their poles don't get ruined on the first day on the slopes by giving them solid, durable equipment. Scott uses their Joystick grip, which is a great way for kids to learn how to use poles as the grip fits easily into their smaller hands. The woven nylon straps help keep the poles from falling off the lift, keep them from "yard sale-ing" and getting lost in the event of a fall, and wrap safely around the hand and wrist. They are the perfect first pole for any young skier and will help them progress from using no poles at all to proper pole plant turn initiation.

*Returned skis that have been mounted are subject to a 20-25% restocking fee. If you are unsure about keeping the skis or your boot size we recommend shipping the skis & bindings unmounted.
Where to Find Your Boot Sole Length (BSL)
The boot sole length is not your foot size or boot size; it is a millimeter measurement of the boot shell. Ski boot manufacturers emboss this measurement into the plastic shell at the heel or under the arch. The number will fall between 255-365mm for an adult ski boot. This number will be greater than your mondo boot size (
eg.
a mondo size of 23.5 commonly has a BSL of 275mm). Please include the “mm” unit to indicate that the number given is the BSL and not the mondo size. Without this precise manufacturer's measurement, we cannot mount your skis.
If we are given incorrect mounting info, the buyer will be responsible for any remounting or restocking fees.
Binding Check:
Buyer is responsible
for taking Ski + Binding to a certified ski shop before use to make final adjustments and do a safety release check.  We do NOT set DIN levels.
Product Availability
Our eBay store shares much of its inventory with our family-owned retail store in Stowe, VT and sometimes our inventory is not accurate due to purchases made locally. If you purchase something that is sold out, we will try our best to find you a suitable replacement item. Any payment for an item that is not available will be refunded immediately. Keep in mind that weekend purchases are not finalized until Monday due to our eBay Department schedule.
