    This is a NEW Monarch Horizons Candlewicking Kit called By The Sea #CR87.   It is a 15 x 18" picture.  It is sealed & new in the package & has never been used.  It contains:  design printed on 100% cotton muslin fabric, backing fabric, 100% polyester batting, 100% cotton floss & candlewicking thread, needle, stitch by number diagram & instructions.  If you have any questions, please contact me before purchasing the item.
