Indiana Glass Harvest vintage grape creamer in the blue carnival. The creamer with gorgeous hues of purples, teals and shimmering gold iridescence and gold trimming around the opening edge sits on a pedestal base. The creamer stands about 4 1/4 inches tall with a 3 3/8 inch diameter.
The pattern consists of bunches of grapes with leaves. There are no cracks, chips or flakes. There is some wear on the gold trimming.
The Harvest mold was designed by Colony Glass, a subsidiary of Lancaster Glass Corp in the late 1940s. Indiana Glass in Dunkirk, Indiana was purchased by Lancaster in 1957. In the early 1970s, interest in carnival glass increased and Indiana Glass started producing this pattern in iridescent blue, iridescent green and iridescent gold. Indiana Glass produced this pattern in the "new" carnival from around 1971 to 1981.
