Product Description
Heat shield aluminized thermal barrier is made from a thick and heavy duty woven high temperature fiberglass under layer with a heat reflective mylar top layer which reflects radiant heat.
Capable of handling up to 800° Fahrenheit direct heat.
Flexible heat shield material which can be easily cut to shape / size using scissors.
Common uses include: reflecting heat from the under side of motorcycle fairings, transmission tunnels and chassis protection from hot exhaust pipes or mufflers. Also great for insulating intercooler piping and the underside of  hoods.
Can be used to protect paint work and other heat sensitive parts from excessive heat generated from Turbos & exhaust systems.
