    Description

THESE KITS WILL FIT 1994-2003, 7.3 LITER POWERSTROKE DIESELS.
When a friend of ours needed to replace his Powerstroke exhaust manifolds, we worked with him to make sure he had the right hardware for the application. As a result, we know exactly what the job requires, and we offer them as a kit consisting of
    eight
    stainless steel
    hex head bolts and
    stainless steel
flat washers. The 7.3 is known for it's durability and longevity, so it makes sense to use hardware that will not rust instead of the overpriced OEM steel hardware. These are not identical to Ford part# F4TZ-9S425-A, but they are a proven, (and we think, superior) substitute.
If you purchase more than one kit we will upgrade shipping to
Priority Mail at no additional cost!
NOTE: For clarification, these are meant to secure the exhaust manifold to the cylinder head,
you will need one kit per manifold
    .
WE ALSO SELL THE TAP, AND TAP-DRILL FOR THIS JOB, IN CASE YOU NEED TO DRILL OUT A BROKEN BOLT OR CHASE THE THREADS.  You can find them in our ebay store under the heading "FORD 4.6, 5.4, 6.8, 7.3 ITEMS"
A NOTE ABOUT QUALITY / MATERIAL: We won't insult your intelligence by claiming we have the best kits on ebay, in order to do that we would have to constantly purchase and laboratory test other people's products. What we can tell you is, we have more than 40 years experience as a Metric fastener distributor, coupled with more than 20 years in automotive repair and engine building experience. With that said, you will receive the exact same hardware we have tested, installed, and continue to use on our own vehicles.
