It can convert harmful gases such as CO, HC and NOx from automobile exhaust gas into carbon dioxide, water and Nitrogen by oxidation and reduction. When  vehicle exhaust of high temperature across the purification device, the catalytic converter in the purifier will enhance the activity of CO, HC and NOx  to promote its oxidation-reduction chemical reaction.

6. When masuring the cylinder pressure, you should unplug the control connector in the fuel pump which can stop the injector to the cylinder fuel injection.
