This is a new
amber
, LED, flasher warning lamp for the top of the cab on many International & Case IH tractors.  This LED light replaces the old style lamps with replaceable bulbs but is about twice as bright! Part # 87703630.  For power it has 1 black (ground wire) and 1 red (power wire), both bare on the ends.  Save big money over OEM!
