If you do ANY fabrication with 1 3/4 inch tubing, these taco gussets are a must.  They are a formed 90 degree saddle gussets made from mild steel.  Unlike standard flat tube tabs, these fit around both sides of the tube to distribute the stress over a much wider area.  Flat tabs sometimes crack along the welds under high stress loads.  We have never had one of these gussets develop a crack.  They are approximately 4 1/8 long and 3 inches tall.  They are .090 thousands thick.  They are great for critical areas around motor and tranny mounts and roll cages.  They also look great installed.
